The latest Wind Venture event was the extreme sport expedition in South America.
Mission: discover the greatest spots for extreme sports.
After driving along the coasts of Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, and Chile, for a period of 9 months, the teams selected for the expedition visited known as well as very remote areas in an attempt to interact with locals, bring cultures together and to show how sports can encourage this delicate communication process.

THE WIND VENTURE CHALLENGE
endured in most remote areas
The Wind Venture Challenge is the world’s first sailing and off road racing contest combined with extreme sports.
During a period of three to six months, professional sportsmen and extreme sport enthusiasts merge in this challenge to encounter the greatest spots for the practice of extreme sports. The teams selected for the races are constantly under pressure to be the first to make their mark.
The exercise of the extreme sports such as Kitesurfing, Hang Gliding, Rafting, Paragliding, Sky Diving, BASE are just a few of the assignments to be endured.
In order to find the spots secreted in extremely remote areas, the teams must drive through lagoons, mud and forests, over gravels and sand dunes…
