Participation guidelines:
Wind Venture agrees to admit
athletes and professionals. The duration of the participation is limited to the length of the expedition in question. The athletes agree to promote Wind Venture in all public appearances. It shall be the primary objective of the participant to represent Wind Venture in the most professional manner, be it either in the media or in the daily usage of the products.
Application is FREE! Organizational fees may occur for participation in the expedition in question and vary depending on the scope of the expedition. A written agreement including the duties and responsibilities of each party shall be signed prior to participation.
Obligations for participants:
a)find own sponsors for the expedition
b)The participants will devote their best efforts toward the promotion of the products for the duration of the expedition.
d)The participants shall be available for photo shoots for any promotional purposes as requested by Wind Venture.
e)Wind Venture shall be allowed to use the names, images, photos, signatures, and likeness of the participants for any marketing purposes.
Injuries
Wind Venture shall not be responsible for any injuries to the participant however caused. The participant is responsible for setting up appropriate insurances for health, extreme sport, travel, and equipment. The participant shall carry all costs related to obligatory insurances.
Duration:
Wind Venture shall be entitled at any time on giving notice to the participant to terminate, if the participant:
a)Retires from his obligations as participant
b)Dies or gets injured in an accident
c)Shall be convicted of a criminal offense
d)Shall be convicted of a use of drugs or any other illegal substances
e)Shall become unable to fulfill their duties
f)Shall conduct himself publicly in a manner that substantially offends against decency or morality
g)Breaches any other term of these conditions
Employer-Employee relationship
Nothing contained in this agreement shall be construed as establishing an employer-employee relationship between Wind Venture and the participant.
A final written agreement shall be signed prior to participation.
By filing up the application, you state having read and accepted the terms and conditions for participation completely.
